I recently purchased the Grizzly T10010 10" wet grinder.  Some folks have pointed out that the Tormek universal rest does not fit the Grizzly.  The micro adjust feature on the Tormek would be a really nice addition. Since that was not available to me, I have made a plugger micro adjuster that cost me nothing.  I used a large knob that I had lying around the shop and I made the post from a piece of scrap wood, drilled a shallow hole with a forstner bit sized so that I could jam a nut into it level with the top of the post.  I also drilled a relief hole big enough to allow the knob's threaded stud to move up and down freely.  I will need to make posts of different lengths to allow the adjuster to travel up and down sufficiently.  Adding a piece of velcro (the kind with the sticky back) under the post prevents the wood post from twisting.
